We are on vacation and our AC went out before we got here Tues. evening. As soon as we ate breakfast we headed to Allen’s because it had some good comments and reviews. “Steve” told us what he thought it was after he’d tested it and told us he was going to try to get us going without major expense or a long wait time while he measured refrigerant etc. Dure enough it was a simple relay rather than the refrigerant as we had thought. He ordered the part from NAPA and a few minutes later it was delivered. We were quickly on our way. Steve talks straight and doesn’t gouge or try to upsell.

All customer service businesses run into little issues. What makes the company a good company?Is how well they stand behind their work and their guarantees, and they do a good job of that.

We had a great experience with Allens Auto Service. We were in town to see family and my van started making a knocking noise and they got us right in. They were honest and quick to fix the problem. If I lived closer this would be my go to place for car troubles.

I was passing through with my church group and my car overheated. Turned out to be a bigger job than I originally thought and these folks pushed me ahead of everybody else and fixed my car quickly for half of what I was expecting it to cost. They saved me from having to miss work the next day and get a motel to stay over night. I highly recommend these folks! Hard to find people that won’t take advantage of you when you are stranded and they were incredible. Give them your business with confidence!

Steve worked with me on all the issues I was having on my older Chevy Suburban. Turns out it was none of the expensive problems everyone else guessed. Steve's expertise got us on our way quickly and inexpensively. I would definitely recommend Allen's Auto Services to anyone and will use him again should I need his help next time I am in town. Thanks Steve!!!

I can’t say enough good about this place!! My daughter lives in NMB we are out of state. They have been so very helpful and honest. My husband and I highly recommend Allen’s Auto Services in NMB.

Was in North MyrtIe Beach on vacationn. My son's vehicle died late at night at the Crazy Mason Ice Cream place. I drove mine there and tried to jump start his that night. No go. I told my son that I thought that the battery was shot. He purchased the 2015 Honda CRV just three weeks before this trip from an older lady that only drove the vehicle on short trips. The CRV had the original Honda battery in it. I know from experience that car even the best auto batteries may last 36-48 months. Called Allen's the next morning. They have their own tow truck. The guy came out with the tow truck and a portable battery. The CRV started (not surprising) and we drove to Allen's to check it out. They replaced the battery and we had the CRV back by 4:00 pm the next day. I highly recommend Allen's if you need assistance as we did.
